Meet Sarah- Clinical Psychologist/Director – Perinatal & Adult Therapy

Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is endorsed as a provider of psychology services under Medicare. She is also a Registered Circle of Security® Parenting (COSP) Facilitator.

Sarah’s warm, genuine and compassionate approach allows clients to feel at ease in the therapeutic space, while also feeling supported to explore things more deeply. She places strong value on the therapeutic relationship, weaving depth, humour and vulnerability to create a collaborative and meaningful experience.

Sarah has a particular interest in perinatal mental health, matrescence and supporting women and parents through the transition into and through parenthood, alongside working with adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm and life transitions.

She is committed to ongoing professional development and staying up to date with current research and evidence based approaches, ensuring care that is thoughtful, grounded and tailored to each individual.

Meet Nick Provisional Psychologist – Anxiety, Life Transitions & Men’s Mental Health

Nick is a Provisional Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Nick is a Provisional Psychologist with a warm, approachable and down-to-earth style. He creates a relaxed and supportive space where clients feel comfortable speaking openly and working through challenges at their own pace.

With ten years of experience as a primary school teacher, Nick brings a natural ability to connect with children, adolescents and adults. He works with people navigating anxiety, life transitions and periods where things feel overwhelming or difficult to make sense of.

Nick has a particular interest in men’s mental health and supporting new dads, including the emotional adjustment that can come with the transition into parenthood.

His approach is collaborative, practical and grounded in genuine connection, drawing on evidence based therapies including CBT and ACT. He aims to provide support that feels clear, helpful and easy to engage with.

As a Provisional Psychologist, Nick offers reduced fee sessions, making psychological support more accessible..
