SGP is a psychology practice supporting children, adolescents and adults across the Mornington Peninsula and via telehealth. We provide evidence based psychological support in a warm, collaborative space designed to help people better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change.
People come to us when things feel hard to hold on their own. This may be during the transition into parenthood, within the complexity of family life, when anxiety feels louder, relationships feel harder, or life feels heavier than usual. We support a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, stress, self esteem, chronic health challenges, and interpersonal concerns.
At SGP, therapy is tailored to the individual. We value creating a calm and supportive environment where clients feel safe to slow down, check in, and explore their experiences with curiosity and compassion.
Our team has a particular interest in perinatal mental health and understands the unique challenges and joys that can arise during this season of life. We provide evidence based support across fertility, pregnancy, birth, early parenting, perinatal loss, and antenatal and postnatal mental health concerns.
SGP also offers comprehensive adult ADHD assessments and psychological support across different stages of life.

Circle of Security® Parenting (COSP)
Parenting isn’t about getting it right all the time. It’s about staying connected, even when things feel messy. The Circle of Security® Parenting program offers a space to slow down, make sense of your child’s emotional world, and feel more confident in responding to their needs and your own.
It’s a gentle, attachment-based program that helps parents build understanding, compassion, and connection — the things that matter most.
Sarah is a Registered COSP Facilitator and offers both small group and one-on-one programs throughout the year. To learn more or join the next round, get in touch via the Contact page.
