Perinatal Psychology
Support through pregnancy, postpartum and the transition into parenthood.
Pregnancy and becoming a parent can bring enormous change. Alongside the joy, there can be anxiety, overwhelm, grief, identity shifts, relationship changes, birth experiences that are difficult to process, or simply a sense that you don't quite feel like yourself.
At SGP Psychology, we offer psychological support through pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood, with care that makes space for the complexity of this season.
How we can help
Perinatal mental health looks different for everyone. You don't need to be in crisis or have a diagnosis to seek support. Sometimes things simply feel harder, more overwhelming or less like you expected.
